Mission Statement
TSD’s mission is to address the root causes of poverty, inequalitities and injustices among both rural and urban households and communities in Ethiopia in general and Oromia Region in particular. The poor and vulnerable women, children and the youth will be empowered and capacitated to initiate, actively participate in and benefit from life impacting and sustainable development, humanitarian response and post-recovery rehabilitation programs and projects. In order to realize all this TSD will collaborate and partner with local communities, different levels of government, donors, and likeminded organizations and institutions.
