Exciting Course: Using a Power Analysis to Prevent Violence against Women

Raising Voices and Centre for Domestic Violence Prevention (CEDOVIP) with  support  from Musasa, are calling for applications for a short course on Using a Power Analysis to Prevent Violence against Women. The 2 ½ day course will take place in Harare from October 13-15, 2015.  This course is for INGOs, NGOs and CBOs, etc. who are interested in strengthening their Violence Against Women Prevention programs.

In this course, you will explore the concept of power as both a positive and negative force. Integrate the concepts of power in your VAW prevention efforts to help focus on the root cause of violence against women and ensure a more lasting impact. The course comes with Technical Assistance to support partners to integrate what is learned into current programing. Deadline for applications is September 14, 2015.
