A conversation with the first female president of Mauritius

Mauritius: Congratulations to  H.E. Ameenah Gurib Fakim – the First Woman President in Mauritius who was sworn in as the sixth president of a small island off the coast of Africa, about 500 miles past Madagascar. H.E. Ameenah Gurib Fakim says she will approach presidency differently, both as a woman and a biologist.
