The GBV Prevention Network is excited for the Self and Collective Care social media campaign happening from June 18th – 20th, 2019.
Self and collective care matters because it is a pertinent issue in women’s rights work today and a key aspect in movement building which is why care about it.
The campaign aims at raising consciousness on the importance of dealing with vicarious trauma and activist burn out through cultivating a culture of reenergizing individuals and organisational staff collectively for more effective and sustained violence against women prevention and response efforts.
